The Christoffel Park is the largest natural park of Curaçao. It’s located in the north-west of the island. The park has eight walking trails ranging in length and difficulty. The most beautiful and challenging is to climb Mount Christoffel (very do-able/ no actual rope climbing). The mountain is 372 meters high, the highest point of the island and the view is definitely worth the climb. You dan’t have to be a mountaineer to reach the summit, but there are some steep spots. Leave your flip-flops behind in your Suzuki Samurai and trade up for sturdy shoes. Because of the heat it is advisable to climb the mountain early in the morning. Remember to bring plenty of water.

Not far from the Christoffel Park is the Shete Boka Park; the "park of the seven bays”. The park shows the roughness of the north coast of the island. The seven bays are reachable both on foot and by car from the central car park.
