These Terms of Use apply to the use of mister-paradise.com and to reservation requests for the car rental services of Mister Paradise Caribbean Rental (“Mister Paradise”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using this website and/or submitting a reservation request, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Website information
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date. However, content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. No rights can be derived from the website content.
3. Reservations
A reservation made through the website constitutes a request to rent a vehicle. A reservation becomes binding only after we confirm it.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or cancel reservations;
- request additional information to process a reservation;
- correct obvious errors (including pricing or vehicle-type errors).
4. Use of the website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not provide false or misleading information, disrupt the website, or misuse or overload our systems.
5. Intellectual property
All texts, logos, images, and other content on this website are owned by Mister Paradise or used with permission of the rights holder. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mister Paradise is not liable for damages arising from use of the website, (temporary) unavailability, technical issues, or inaccuracies in content. If liability is nevertheless established, it is limited to the amount of the related reservation.

8. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Curaçao.
